Every Creator maintains a Stripe-hosted payment method. Tobacco Road Games never collects or stores raw card details.
Tobacco Road Games needs a completed payout account before you can sell products. Stripe handles bank, identity, tax, and KYC information; Tobacco Road Games displays only safe readiness information.
Owner Financial Controls
These private controls set a desired total by appending a fully audited adjustment. Creator funds and Tobacco Road Games earnings remain separate.
Preferred Creator
$20 per month under a 12-month commitment, or $200 annually prepaid. Preferred Creators are committed leaders of the Tobacco Road Games Creator Community. This service status does not grant operator, moderation, ownership, governance, or organic-ranking authority.
Creator Balance must cover the full charge. Split tender is not available and balance is never spent automatically.
Creator services are non-refundable once service begins, except for Tobacco Road Games billing mistakes or service failures.
Close Creator Account
Closing stops selling and pauses listings without deleting marketplace history. Existing customers keep their purchases and downloads. Your ordinary customer account, My Library, and order history remain available.
Legitimate Creator earnings remain owed. Pending, held, disputed, reserved, or negative balances can delay completion. Annual prepaid Creator services are not refunded or credited, and existing monthly commitment obligations are not forgiven. No new renewal commitment will begin.

Tobacco Road Games does not create Creator ads. Upload your own product banner and choose which validated ads occupy your rotation slots. Rotation does not guarantee impressions, clicks, or sales.

Unused Ad Credits do not expire and remain until redeemed. Credits are not cash-equivalent or refundable merely for non-use. Advertising does not guarantee impressions, clicks, or sales.
